LETTER: Technology is not an issue to stop cars on The Hundred

SIR: I really do not see that technology is an issue for stopping cars using the Hundred at controlled times. Many car parks now have automatic number plate recognition systems to record cars entering. A similar system could record anybody driving down the Hundred between 10am and 4pm and issue a fixed penalty notice, just like an overstay in a car park.
