SIR: The Romsey carnival committee just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who braved the cold weather and turned out in such huge numbers to support this year’s winter carnival and lantern parade. We would like to say and extra thank you to all the Marshall’s and entries without whom the event would not have been the huge success it was.
